  1. Adding an informational PS to this post: POBLO (People of the Book Lutheran Outreach) is a mission society that I have a great fondness for. In the Koran, Christians are called, "People of the Book." This mission society which aims to befriend Muslims and other religious groups from predominatly Muslim countries (including Sieks, Buddists and Hindus). With ministries in 14 cities and 5 countries (India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka) POBLO is the most significant and effective outreach ministries I've ever been association it. I'm honored to be on the International Board of Directors, the where our headquarters is in Dearborn Heights MI. I have a dear friendship the executive director, Khurram Khan, for the past 15 years.
